Born into a family of addicts, Taibor dealt with early childhood trauma and had no self-worth. She turned to drugs at an early age. In November 2019, Taibor was arrested and eventually connected with Refuge for Women through a court program. Today, she is a graduate of the Long-Term program and a Survivor Made team leader.
