Become a monthly Hope Builder!

Our Monthly Hope Builders are a special group of Refuge for Women North Texas monthly donors. Without the support of monthly donors, Refuge for Women cannot become sustainable. Our residents have big dreams and goals, but we need consistent monthly givers to help Refuge for Women meet their monthly needs.

Your monthly gift provides the following:

$1000 – safe housing and housing expenses
$500 – around the clock care by professional staff
$250 – equipment and supplies, curriculum
$150 – cost per day per resident
$50 – house needs and stocks the pantry
$25 – clothing for residents

All gifts matter. Making a gift to Refuge for Women can help provide women with:

Safe housing
Counseling
Medical treatment
Life skills
Employment preparation and placement
Hope for a brighter tomorrow

House Needs

Often our residents will arrive with only the clothes on their back. Items on this registry will help us provide for her daily needs! Whether you would like to donate a few items or organize a supply drive, we thank you!

We do our best to update our needs list frequently. You can order directly from our Amazon registry to be shipped to our office or you may drop off your donations, 306 N. Loop 288, Denton, TX 76209.

We can also arrange for a pick-up. To make arrangements, email christine.mann@refugeforwomen.org.

Donate Stock

Are you interested in donating stock to a specific Refuge for Women location? It’s easy. Just contact your financial advisor, decide on the shares you want to donate and ask him/her to reach out to Giovanna Swisher, CFP® with Robert W Baird and Co. She will provide the transfer instructions so your advisor can process the stock transfer.

We have a fundraising tool that helps you share your heart to help sex trafficking survivors. Your social media, emails, or awareness events can quickly rally your community together to provide Refuge and freedom to more women.
