Thank you so much for your desire to decorate a table at our 2023 “Beyond” Ladies Luncheon. You are not responsible for filling your table, but we encourage you to invite your family and friends to make this event even more enjoyable for you and help us spread awareness about RFW! When they purchase tickets, they will be able to reserve their seat at your table.
Here are a few details to help you, but feel free to reach out with any questions to Christine Mann, (940) 594-3503.
- Each host will decorate her own table as she desires. Be creative and do your own thing. Have fun with it! You are welcome to partner with a friend if you’d like.
- We will provide the tables, chairs, and floor length black tablecloths that you can use or to go under your own tablecloth. For easy cleanup, clear plastic plates will also be provided to sit on top of your place setting (no need to wash dishes!) You will also need to provide flatware, plates, napkins, glasses, and coffee cups.
- Each table seats 8.
- The luncheon is July 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be able to decorate your table ahead of time (TBD). All tables will be pre-assigned.
- We ask that you arrive at the banquet at least thirty minutes early so that you are available to greet your guests as they arrive.
